Sibongile and Konrad are on the set of kids TV show “Waka Waka Moo” in Windhoek, Namibia. The show focuses on early childhood development. Through the support of the EU and UNICEF Namibian kids have access to TV program that tells local stories. In their local languages and through characters that the kids can relate to, they learn useful skills.
